Co budeme pot\u0159ebovat:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Na t\u011bsto:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 400 g hladk\u00e9 mouky<\/li>
  • 200 g m\u00e1sla nebo margar\u00ednu<\/li>
  • 150 g mou\u010dkov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li>
  • \u0161petku soli<\/li>
  • 2-3 l\u017e\u00edce ml\u00e9ka<\/li>
  • 1 vejce<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Na kr\u00e9m:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 600 ml zakysan\u00e9 smetany<\/li>
    • 2 bal. vanilkov\u00e9ho nebo smetanov\u00e9ho pudinku<\/li>
    • 150 g kr. cukru<\/li>
    • 500 ml ml\u00e9ka<\/li>
    • k\u016fru a \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu z men\u0161\u00edho citronu<\/li>
    • rozinky (p\u0159edej je m\u016f\u017eeme namo\u010dit do vrouc\u00ed vody)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      Jak budeme postupovat:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      1) Suroviny na t\u011bsto sm\u00edch\u00e1me a vypracujeme hutn\u00e9 jednotn\u00e9 t\u011bsto. T\u011bsto p\u0159ikryjeme alobalem a vlo\u017e\u00edme na 30 minut do chladni\u010dky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2) Z ml\u00e9ka, cukru a pudink\u016f uva\u0159\u00edme hust\u00fd\u00a0pudink. Nech\u00e1me vychladnout (sem-tam prom\u00edch\u00e1me, aby se na pudinku nevytvo\u0159ila k\u016f\u017ee) a potom sm\u00edch\u00e1me se zakysanou smetanou, k\u016frou a citr\u00f3novou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3) T\u011bsto rozd\u011bl\u00edme na dv\u011b poloviny a ka\u017edou rozv\u00e1l\u00edme do tvaru obd\u00e9ln\u00edku (plech o rozm\u011brech 20 x 30 cm). 1. t\u011bsto p\u0159end\u00e1me na dno plechu, kter\u00fd jsme si vystlalo pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00edrem. Na t\u011bsto rovnom\u011brn\u011b navrstv\u00edme\u00a0smetanov\u00fd kr\u00e9m\u00a0a p\u0159ikryjeme druhou polovinou t\u011bsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4) Vlo\u017e\u00edme do dob\u0159e vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 trouby. P\u0159i teplot\u011b 180 stup\u0148\u016f pe\u010deme 25-30 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5) Nech\u00e1me vychladnout, posypeme pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fdm cukrem a m\u016f\u017eeme si pochutn\u00e1vat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
